  • All orders are shipped UPS Ground from Ohio and 90% of orders arrive within three business days.

  • Special-Order items may require 2-4 weeks. This will be indicated in the item description.

This item is shipped directly from the manufacturer. It will arrive separately from other items ordered. 95% arrive in 2-7 business days. Charges are applied when order is placed.

Special-Orders:     Top of Page
This item is not carried in inventory. Orders are placed directly with the manufacturer as requested. Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Only products with an item# beginning with INV or ISG may be returned and a 15% restocking fee will apply. Charges are applied when order is placed. You will be notified by email immediately when shipped.

Back-Orders:     Top of Page
This item is temporarily out of stock but we are awaiting a shipment from the manufacturer. You will be notified by email immediately when shipped.

We strive to deliver all orders complete the first time. If an item is out of stock and on back-order, we will notify you by email and it will be shipped as soon as it arrives. You may also cancel the unshipped portion of your order at any time.

Returns Policy:     Top of Page
We are confident in our products and services, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return items which are in unused and resalable (new) condition. Upon receipt and processing, we will issue a refund for the purchase price minus a restocking fee as defined below. You must pay return postage and are responsible for the item until we receive it. Please obtain a Tracking Number for your protection.

If UPS tries to deliver a package that has been obviously damaged in transit, and it appears that the contents may have also been damaged, refuse delivery and we will ship you a replacement.

After you accept delivery, inspect the contents ASAP. If something has been damaged in transit or is defective, Contact Us ASAP. We will send a replacement immediately and have the defective item picked-up at no charge.

When referencing your order please use the ORDER number provided on your receipt. It is nine-digits (123456789). Billing name is OK too.

You MUST email our Returns Department or call us toll-free at 877-521-9987 for a Return Authorization (RA) within 30 days of purchase before returning any item. Items returned with no RA may be denied a refund.
DO NOT return items to our P.O. Box!
We will email you return instructions and a return shipping label.

    Return Shipping
  • Returned items must be in new condition. We cannot accept used merchandise for refund. If items are used, damaged, or retail packaging and contents are not intact, no refund will be issued and you will have to make return shipping arrangements if desired.
  • If items came in retail packaging, place the items back in their original undamaged packaging with all manuals, instructions and warranties.
  • Place the items in a cardboard shipping box, as they arrived, and securely tape it closed.
    Use only packing tape to close shipping box. Do not use USPS labeled tape.
  • Tape the label provided by our returns department to the outside of the box or use a UPS/USPS label with the return address exactly as provided.
  • Be sure that the RA# is printed on the address label.
  • Ship UPS or another carrier that provides a tracking number (and insurance at your option).
Refused Deliveries: We are shipping directly to the address exactly as you provided. Refused deliveries are subject to a restocking fee unless damaged by UPS.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are not refundable once an item has shipped unless shipped in error or defective. If we ship you merchandise but did not charge you shipping, the standard outbound shipping charge ($7.95) will be subtracted from refund amounts of returned items. If you do not keep the item, we must recoup our outbound shipping cost.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to: Pet Beds, Dog Houses, Pet Ramps, Booster Bath, Booster Bath Ramps, Pet Gates, Doggie Dooley, Crates, Cages, Pens and Kennels, Pet Barriers. A 10% restocking fee apllies to all other items.
